What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, book a strategy session or request a CRM demo, we collect the details you provide: your name, practice name, specialty, phone number, email address and your message. We also collect standard website analytics such as pages viewed and referring source.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you engage us for, and send updates you have asked to receive. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Patient data
Where we operate the Medifly CRM for your practice, any patient information stored belongs to you. We act as a processor on your instruction, restrict internal access to authorised team members, and never use patient data for our own marketing.
Third-party tools
We use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, email and advertising platforms. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info.mediflyindia@gmail.com. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.
